Casa de Amigos is a lively spot in Kyoto known for its buzzing energy, late-night hours and a menu that pleases both meat lovers and vegetarians. Guests praise the fresh, flavorful dishes, a fantastic drink bar (hibiscus tea included), and the warm, personable staff who go out of their way to help. Expect live music, a friendly bar scene where staff mix great beers and margaritas, and a welcoming atmosphere that turns a casual meal into an unforgettable night.

in the last weekWe came here for breakfast, so I can’t comment on the other meals. But the food was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and provided great service. The owner was also very friendly. We highly recommend this place and will certainly come again.

a week agoBest place I’ve been in my three weeks in Japan. I’ve been craving me some Mexican food, the staff were amazing, prices were good, and singing karaoke with their live band was so fun. Def going back.

a week agoIt's delicious! The ingredients are plentiful and the food seems to be well-made. The tacos and nachos are made with corn flour and have a crispy, fragrant texture, and are of course delicious, but the chewy burritos made with wheat flour are also exceptional! However, the salt content is generally low, allowing the flavor of the ingredients to come to the forefront, so Japanese people might want a little more salt. Also, all the staff are foreigners, and they are cheerful and kind, making you feel happy too. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great. I recommend this restaurant! If you're in the area, I would encourage you to try the burrito, even if it's just for the burrito. I especially recommend eating it hot and fresh from the restaurant, but taking it home and letting it sit overnight and reheating it the next day will enhance the flavor and make it even more delicious.
