a month agoDos Manos in Okinawa City may be small, but it’s packed wall-to-wall with Mexican vibes. From the colorful décor to Latin records spinning in the background, the atmosphere nails that authentic Latino/Latina experience. Even waiting for my takeout felt like part of the fun. I ordered taco rice, a beef wet burrito, and two tacos of every flavor. When I got home, everything looked fresh and tasted just as good. The taco rice was spot-on, the wet burrito was loaded and flavorful (my girl loved it), and the tacos delivered real chicken and beef, seasoned just right. Freshness is the first thing you notice, and flavor follows right behind. It is a little pricey, but the quality and taste make it worth it, especially if you’re craving Mexican food done right in Okinawa. Other diners say the same: Dos Manos is known for some of the best tacos on island, with standouts like lengua, lamb, guacamole, and horchata. People love the big portions, authentic flavors, and fun atmosphere. Some note that beans and rice aren’t the strongest part of the menu, and tacos can run about ¥500 each but overall, the food earns its reputation. For payment, they do accept credit cards, but it’s smoother and faster to use electronic tap pay. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful Mexican food with a true cultural vibe, Dos Manos is a solid pick.

2 months agoEverything was made fresh. Their horchata was AMAZING they also offer free water. The carnita tacos were great. The kids plate was set up super cute. The quesadillas were cheesy! Extra stuff, like sour cream and guacamole (it tastes like mashed avocado), cost more. They do have a variety of hot sauce.
