3 weeks agoThe restaurant's lively atmosphere is enhanced by cheerful music and colorful walls. Apparently, there are live performances using ethnic instruments during bar hours in the evenings. The menu offers a variety of intriguing dishes, including Cuban, Jamaican, and Argentinean dishes, as well as taco rice. This time, I chose the Argentine dish "Pollo con Queso" (1,210 yen). It's chicken stewed in a tomato cheese sauce, and while it might look spicy at first glance, it's actually quite mild and easy to eat. It's filled with chunky chunks, making it very satisfying. The seasoning goes well with both bread and rice, and it's very delicious, unlike typical Western or Asian cuisine. The accompanying salad and omelet are also quite luxurious, making for a very satisfying plate. I noticed the owner's special yellow curry, called "Student Curry," on the menu, so I decided to return later. Futenma High School is nearby, so this dish was created to be a cheap meal for the students, but it's surprisingly often ordered by older men. The taste is spicier and more luxurious than the yellow curry. It's different from the typical Okinawan yellow curry, but it was very tasty.
