Rollup is a compact, cheerful burrito spot on the waterfront in Chatan, serving fresh, made-to-order bowls and burritos (breakfast all day included). The chunky, homemade salsa, optional cilantro and special hash brown add-ons make each order stand out. It’s a great place to grab a beer, watch the ocean, and enjoy prompt, helpful service even through language gaps. Expect mostly takeout, limited indoor seating, and a relaxed beachside vibe that’s perfect for casual, flavorful meals at any hour.

a week agoThey claim to have 9in and 12in burritos. This is a lie. Burritos are under 6in. Called Rollup and their excuse was that they use 9 and 12 inch tortillas. Ridiculous. Obviously false advertising. You can roll a tortilla into any size. And it was quite small.

a year agoAfter being lucky finding a parking space on the sea wall close by to this place, we decided to satisfy our hunger here. I'm glad we did. Tiny little restaurant that likely does mostly take out but since it wasn't busy season we sat at the only table the inside has to offer. Ordered a veggie and chicken burrito. Before they came I washed my hands in the surprisingly nice washroom. For a small place it had a generous amount of toiletries on offer! Was much cleaner than it has the right to be for a little and likely usually swamped busy place. They have Corona beer in a bucket for sale at 500¥. Not bad. The meals were very tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful for ordering. Despite the language barrier they knew what we were looking for, I even asked something specific about the ingredients and they all chatted about it to make sure the answer was correct. Easy cheerful place that you should definitely eat it if you're staying in the area - or even if you're not! Come for the sunset in the evenings and have a burrito and beer.

2 years agoAn excellent beachside burrito shack. They have breakfast burritos all day! The staff are helpful and friendly. The burritos are fresh and made to order in front of you. There are two size options 9 and 12. The salsa is fresh, homemade, and chunky. Cilantro is an option. Ive eaten here twice was very happy. I will go back again.

4 years agoIt's our most favorite spot for food in Okinawa. It's the best place for burrito bowl for me. Their hash brown made it more special than other places. There is a variety of menu. I've tried many different toppings and it's all delicious. Location is good except it's not easy to find parking spot around seawall. But I love to enjoy this good food and watching the ocean there.

4 months agoSmall burrito shop right on the sea wall. The food is pretty tasty with many ways to customize your meal. The staff was very friendly, quick, and spoke perfect English. While you can't see the ocean from inside the restaurant, they offer to go, and all you have to do is cross the street and climb the stairs to have a wonderful view to go with your delightful burrito.
