a month agoI arrived at the restaurant at 1:45 PM on Monday, February 2, 2026. There was one other Japanese family there. Since it was my first time, I ordered Sri Lankan curry and added egg roti and watala bread to my dessert. My food came out in 3 minutes. I ordered the chicken Sri Lankan curry, but it was difficult to eat as it had bones in it, but it was delicious. It has a spicy kick that comes later, so I think people who like that type of spiciness will like it. The rice is Indica, so unlike Japanese rice, it's smooth and not sticky. The cold water was warm, and the spiciness went well with cola. The egg roti was like a fried egg wrapped in naan, and it felt similar to a McDonald's egg muffin for breakfast. The watala bread was like a firm pudding and was sweet, making it a great way to finish off a meal. I'd like to try biryani next time.

a month agoThis is the best Sri Lankan restaurant you can find in Nagoya. The food is worth the price. You can also find Sri Lankan groceries there (even coconut). The place is Halal-friendly. It's not just a restaurant, but a bakery as well. You'll find most Sri Lankan short eats, drinks and bakery items there, with an authentic taste.
