Chingones Cantina Kin en Kin blends homey hospitality with bold Mexican comfort food—think nachos loaded with carnitas, churros for dessert and refreshing horchata. Owners Emi and Ken treat guests like family, and the menu reflects that care with crowd-pleasers like ceviche, burritos and micheladas. Ideal for takeout or a relaxed meal with kids, this cantina’s friendly vibe and dependable flavors make it a local favorite that feels like visiting friends who just happen to cook great Mexican food.

a week agoNot toooo bad. The food was a solid 3 and the building was pretty hot. The atmosphere was pretty neat though. Not too bad of an atmosphere.

3 years agoOne of my top favorite restaurants to eat at and do take out. It’s not just the food that’s good but it’s the people behind the food. The owners Emi and Ken are family and they treat you like family when you go. They make sure you’re happy, and are enjoying yourself. My favorite thing is nachos with carnitas and add beans!! And for dessert churros and to wash that all down a nice cold horchata. They will always have my support . My son is also a horchata lover and will chug the whole cup by himself. My husband loves their micheladas and burritos. They have something for everyone in the family.
sometimes lol
2 months agoThe ceviche was slightly lacking because it only had whole shrimp for protein. However, the best tacos I've had in Japan hands down. Good horchata, too.

2 months agoTried this place for the first time tonight and loved it. The Jamaica was amazing… the ceviche is good ( tip: add some of the salsa verde ) to the shrimp.

3 years agoWe were going for Ramen, and couldn't be happier that we missed it by a block. Everything about this place says Mexican. Without a doubt the best we've had on the island. Dirty all the way from tocos, nachos, and CARNE ASADA BURRITOS additionally splurged on the Mexican Churros. Can't say enough about this place the staff was awesome!!! We will be back often....
