2 months agoNice atmosphere, nice vibe. Clean. Very few parking spots, but if you go a little further, you can park at the market on the left and walk back up (Probably a 30 second walk). 💳 cards are accepted. ✅ We were welcomed both days, and greeted warmly. They also said thank you as we left. I think they appreciate our business for sure. We tried a variety of items from the menu over the span of two days. I had to go back to get the barilla nachos again (bc they were soooo good), and I wanted to try the shrimp 🍤 taco. The shrimp taco was really good, it’s spicy but not too spicy. 🥵 My husband had barilla tacos 🌮 both soft and crunch, with and without cheese. He said they were really good. I had a bite, and I liked it. The star of the menu for me and my girls were the nachos. 🥇 I also had the barilla ramen. 🍜 The flavor was there 100%, but for me, I just needed more seasoning. Oh also, you’re charged extra for to-go boxes. So maybe just dine in. we live close by and had kiddos so I needed mine ta go! lol I would definitely go again. ✅

hace un mesI recently visited Sabroso and tried their birria tacos and shrimp tacos. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The birria tacos were quite delicious, flavorful and satisfying. However, compared to other taco spots in Okinawa, I’d rank them around third place. The caldo de birria needed a bit more time on the stove; the broth was a bit mild and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. A longer simmer might bring out richer, more authentic flavors. The shrimp tacos had potential, but the pre-cooked shrimp somewhat detracted from the overall quality. Freshly cooking the shrimp per order, which would only add about two minutes, could elevate these tacos significantly, potentially moving them up to second place in my rankings. On the bright side, the tortillas were spot-on fresh and soft, earning a solid 2 out of 3 for freshness. They complemented the fillings nicely and added a nice texture to the tacos. In conclusion, Sabroso has a solid foundation with tasty tacos and excellent tortillas, but with some tweaks, especially in the preparation of the broth and shrimp, it could become a top contender among Okinawa’s taco spots.

hace un mesThe food here is so good. One of the few places in Okinawa that have quality tacos. The parking is limited so you have to park at the grocery store down the street, but the walk is very short.

hace 5 mesesI recently tried this taco birria spot, and it was an absolute game-changer! Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved how distinct each element of the meal tasted. The highlight for me was the consomé sauce—it was rich, perfectly spiced, and tied everything together beautifully. We ordered two and three hard tacos, and they were incredible. The shells had the ideal crispy crunch—satisfying without being so hard that you’d worry about your teeth. The meat was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Paired with the heavenly consomé, it was a match made in food heaven. If you’re looking for bold, authentic flavors, this is the spot to hit. I’ll definitely be back soon!

2 months agoWe tried their tacos combo and quesadilla combo consome and it was sooooo good. Their chips were good too. We enjoyed the horchata and I love their fountain soft drinks selection. Fast service, staff were amazing. Will definitely go back! I highly recommend to try this restaurant.
