Tucked in a cosy corner where two small streets meet, Qué Pasa serves some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. We ordered some soft tacos and a burrito, and were thoroughly impressed with both. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, with each bite packing so much flavour, especially when topped with their delicious salsa sauce. For us, their sauce was truly the standout – less an accompaniment, and more like the main character! We still find ourselves talking about this place, and looking forward to visiting it again on our next trip to Kyoto.

Three Mexicans walked into a burrito place in KYOTO, Japan only to find out the taste of the food was really good! I had an order of pork tacos, half a beef burrito, a coke and a delicious Nude IPA-style beer. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

My thoughts for this amazing restaurant is exactly as they advertised... 'Who would have thought you needed a BURRITO all the way in Kyoto, Japan. ' It is absolutely a banger Burrito with exciting flavours and filling portions. Would need to challenge the King portion next time.

Amazing burritos in the heart of Kyoto. The downtown location is a tight squeeze with an industrial vibe; the main shop is more of a Cali type of vibe. Both are run by the culinary mastermind Ryota. Definitely a stop to make if you want to eat Cali burritos in Japan.

Fantastic quesadillas, served hot and fresh. The staff were really friendly and appreciative of all customers who patronised the store. We got the cheese & chicken quesadillas and really enjoyed ourselves. Loved the aesthetics of the place and they even sell cool stickers of their own. Seating is limited to 10 pax, but we didn't have any trouble getting a seat for 2 persons at 12pm on a Sunday.
