COCINA〜Siesta〜

The food, service, atmosphere, and wide variety of drinks were all wonderful. They put in a lot of invisible effort that is hard to convey to customers, and as a fellow flamenco artist, I take my hat off to them. I'm looking forward to the flamenco event. I'll come back again to learn more.

First of all, this is a stylish restaurant for an older man. I thought it might be a bit intimidating, but I was impressed by the great atmosphere and the high quality of the food. First, choose your prosciutto without hesitation. Then chew. The more you chew their prosciutto, the better it tastes. The smoked salmon, ajillo, and more are always great. Of course, they also offer plenty of alcoholic beverages like wine and beer. But even without that, the friendly and approachable staff are a real draw. It's true that the food isn't exactly fast. But the deliciousness more than makes up for it, and the excellent service is satisfying. Don't hesitate, go there. You'll understand once you get there. I'll definitely go again. 2025.12.13 I brought a friend here for the first time in a while. As always, the prosciutto is so delicious I don't want to swallow it, I just want to keep chewing it. The marinated octopus is also so good it flies away! It was my first time trying the tomato and prosciutto ajillo, and I heard they're very particular about their prosciutto!
