It is in colorful and modern South American atmosphere. They have a lots selection of Mexican-inspired bottled beers. around 700 to 900 bucks per bottle.
The tacos are made from black corn and are good for Japanese. The oyster and avocado tacos are really good.
The best dish was the garlic shrimp. really much with beer! must reservation.

Good Mexican restaurant in an office building. The restaurant is well decorated and has a wide range of tequilas and mezcals. Good, relaxed atmosphere.
The menu covers tacos, fajitas, nachos and quesadillas. The food is delicious. The fajitas don't come with tortillas, you have to order them as a side. The tortillas are hand made on site.

I truly love the foods here! It's my first time at EL Tops, and there's not so many people in the restaurant when I first entered. It gave me a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but also has some fun in the air. Love the music, and how time flies slowly there. I won't recommend for someone who will be here for a quick bite since the foods take quite long time to be prepared. Anyway I didn't get bored or anything at all because of the friendly staffs. I really felt like they're there to make everyone 's meal becomes special. They know well about the foods, and most of it were nice. Unfortunately, desserts were not available on the day I went there, but I was impressed by the chicken Fajitas and Nachos. The entrance's a but hard to find, but will definitely go back again if I have time.

The food and service were great. Everyone enjoyed their meals. It's located on the second floor of a building with eclectic Mexican decorations.

If you're coming here, something that has to be on your order has the be the tacos whether it be your choice of beef, pork or lamb each one is sensational. This is my second year coming back to Hokkaido and it's as amazing as before, the best Mexican food I've had in Japan by a mile.
