El barrio de Kobe tiene en Chinese restaurant Kokaen uno de esos rincones que la gente guarda como secreto antes de compartirlos. Un lugar donde la cocina habla por si misma: sin artificios innecesarios, con productos frescos y tecnica solida detras de cada plato que sale a la sala. El equipo cuida cada detalle: desde la seleccion del producto hasta la presentacion final, pasando por un servicio que hace sentir bien a quien se sienta en cualquiera de las mesas. Una visita imprescindible para quienes quieren salir de la rutina gastronomica de Kobe.

7 años agoSimple, tasty and homely...those were the first impressions I had of Kokaen. I was visiting family in Kobe and they took me here for lunch; we all had set menus and shared each other's main course so I was able to sample various dishes, with much enjoyment! The flavors were all very good, I'd come back here again anytime.

コース料理は結構しっかり量もありお腹いっぱいになりました。

2 meses ago神戸でも珍しいベトナム料理のお店です、生田神社の横の坂を上って山手幹線を渡ればひっそりと目立たないお店の佇まい、料理はほっとする優しい味でメニューを眺めているとついついアレもこれもと注文してしまって、、でもどれもこれも美味しいまた訪れたくなる味です。
