This place is beyond fantastic for a drink, some food and an amazing vibe. I cannot even express how lovely the staff are and how great their drink selection and alcohol quality is!
True masters of their craft, do yourself a favour and try this place out for an unforgettable night!

Best Negroni I've had in Japan over the last few years. The heavenly taste was proof enough of the extreme care and passion that had gone into making it. We also had a mocktail called "She So Cute", which quite wittily was a play on the Japanese Shiso, and that was mad delicious as well.
Alongside the drinks, we ordered their tacos, which were small in size, but what they lacked in size, they more than made up for in taste and quality.
To add more, they also serve a pretty cool Shisha (hookah) which unlike the traditional design, is served in a box-like container filled with ice. It was nicotine-free so that's a plus for people who don't want nicotine in their Shisha. Very light and vape-like.
Give them a visit if you were in Sannomiya and craving some nice food/drinks/shisha.

The Castle is a very elegant and classy hidden bar with a speak easy feel to it.

I was served by Conner and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Conner being a native Kobe resident who has worked in several bars in Sannomia area over the past 15 years has a lot of recommendations on places to go to especially when it comes to authentic Kobe dining experience.

I find Conner to be extremely passionate when it comes to preparing and serving cocktails and he takes the time to explain what he’s making. I ordered a Moscow Mule and he prepared an amazing one using Wasabi infused vodka and dried ginger - served in a classic copper mug. It was truly was delicious.

The Castle is recommended if you want to meet people or if you want to host a party or a large gathering as the space is set up extremely well for this. It’s also very easy to find as it’s less then 100 meters from the JR Sannomia Train Station.

Highly recommended if you are visiting Sannomia, Kobe.

This place has a really nice vibe, and great interior design. The guy who served us was also really cool. There were some vegan options on the menu which was really nice to see. I ordered the tacos and it was very delicious. Highly recommend this place.

While in Osaka a few months back, my friends and I decided to take a chance on this restaurant and bar in Sannomiya. It was so close to the station and the reviews were great. When we went inside the lights were dimmed so the atmosphere was very different than we saw in the photos on Google, but the music and the vibe were so fun.

We got started with some drinks. Unfortunately, their Cannabis Beast cocktail was sold out, but we ordered several other drinks from the menu. There was a delicious cocktail called the Domme. I highly recommend ordering that one. The servers, bartenders, and chefs were so friendly, nice, and very informative on how the drinks and food were made. We had such a great time and I'll definitely be back when I'm back in Sannomiya in the future. Thanks for treating us so well!
