a week agoThey seem understaffed; they don't come when you call them. The worst part is that finished dishes are left sitting there without being served. It's a waste of hot food getting cold, and I think they should improve their service quality. When I called for payment, they didn't come for over 10 minutes, but they came immediately when I called again. It's a shame because the food is delicious.

2 weeks agoWe were looking for a place to have wine near our hotel and visited this restaurant as our second stop. We went without knowing anything about it, but it seemed to be quite popular. Luckily, we were seated on the terrace and enjoyed wine with a view of Nagoya Tower. The atmosphere was fantastic! However, it was dimly lit, so we had to use our phone's flashlight to read the menu. Neither my mother nor I like oysters, so we didn't eat them, but they seem to be recommended. They have a wide variety of delicious cocktails, and all the dishes were tasty, especially the Gorgonzola and honey bruschetta. It was a little chilly at night, but they lent us blankets. I gave the service a 4 because payment is made at the table, so you have to ring the bell to call a waiter, tell them you want to pay, they bring the bill and tell you to call them when it's ready (cash or card), you hand over the money, and then you get your change. You have to ask the waiter to come over multiple times, and they seemed busy enough as it was, so I thought it would be better if they simplified the payment process.

3 weeks agoI visited your restaurant on March 8th to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food and atmosphere were excellent. However, the staff recommended some raw oysters from Aichi, and my two friends and I each ate one. However, two days after our visit, all three of us experienced nausea and stomach pains the morning after, and have been feeling very unwell ever since. I can't think of any other food that could have caused this, so I'm feeling very worried. How do you manage your ingredients and hygiene? I hope you will take strict measures to prevent anyone else from having the same experience.

3 weeks agoIt was still a bit chilly, but the atmosphere on the terrace was great and it was pleasant! I was a little concerned about having to wait quite a while after ordering, but everything else was great. I wonder if the honey on the cheese is a specialty? It was very delicious.
