Rigoletto Tapas Lounge

The restaurant was packed for lunch, so I'm glad I made a reservation.

I enjoyed a very good lunch here for 1,600 yen. For that price, you get a lunch set with salad, a drink, and either pizza or pasta. They also accommodate special requests (I asked for a vegetarian salad). The pizza was especially good, and the service was quick and attentive. I have absolutely no complaints.

I discovered this restaurant a few years ago, and the atmosphere seemed nice, so I wanted to try it. I was glad I finally got to eat there, and the staff were friendly, but I noticed some disappointing aspects. There wasn't enough cheese on the pizza! Very disappointing. It was clearly different from the poster. The overall maintenance was poor. The glasses and condiments on each table were sticky and unpleasant. The edges of the glass windows and the floor were very dirty, covered in dust. The floor was noticeably dirty, and the sink in the restroom was frankly dirty. I saw dust and mold, which was disappointing. I don't want to go again. The cleaning wasn't done properly.

It was my first time at this restaurant. Even though it was Saturday lunchtime, we were able to get in without a reservation. There's also a second floor, and the atmosphere was nice.
