The place is difficult to find out of the Metro, it’s somehow hidden within the building ground floor. The place is quite empty for a Sunday afternoon. The prices isn’t cheap. Coming to the day option for the sandwich, that is a disaster, there’s nothing on it, the cook needs to go back to school, and the manager needs to review the whole thing. He wasn’t even there when I asked for him. As to highlight him of this issue and to improve the store.

I haven't tried much of their menu since I only ordered a lemonade for a short meeting, but the atmosphere and service are amazing!

I'm going to try their coffee and bread next time.

The food and coffee were both very delicious, a bit pricey but overall the money was well spent because of friendly staff, the classy, comfortable atmosphere, and presentation of the meal on top of flavor and quality!

Consistently good food and drink, fresh and reasonably priced.

But today, at this branch, it was hardly welcoming.

Note carefully, the posted hours notwithstanding, that table service does not start until 9 am.

And brace yourself: when you approach the hostess, you will be strongly warned — at least twice — that you — the customer, the one paying everyone’s salaries — may stay no longer than 90 minutes. In an empty restaurant.

This means that even before you are seated (while you are made to wait for 9 am by the drafty entrance despite tables just sitting there open), you are being told when you must leave. Getting you out is more important than getting you in.

If a warm welcome is meaningful to you, if you believe your custom and your choice of restaurant has value, consider going elsewhere, or eat at home. Many restaurants in Tokyo greet you with a warm and hearty “irrashaimase” welcome and seem (even if only pretending) pleased to have you there. And generally no one tells you how long you can enjoy at meal at home.

Such a lovely place and excellent food, but they had to spoil it all by telling me, before I had even ordered my food, that my time limit is 90 minutes. What is this? The restaurant is empty, it’s a weekday lunch and this is just a bakery with average hard seats. Do you really need to let me know that your profit is more important than my comfort? Why?!? I wonder if the bosses in Brussels would approve of such rude manners.
