Best pasta in Japan! Honestly a great experience and wonderful dishes with attention for detail. The staff is attentive and welcoming. We went here twice during our stay in Hiroshima because the menu looked too nice to just taste once (:

Note for tourists: make sure to bring cash (cash only) and your translation app (menu in Japanese). I highly enjoyed this concept!

Expect to wait but worth it.
Italian Australians eating Italian food in Hiroshima.
Hats off to the Chef. He was on his own tonight but served us the perfect meal. We ordered the Prosciutto and Arugula Salad and Carrot rape (turnips). A perfect balance of flavour and leaving us wanting more. For mains we had a variety of pasta dishes, we upsized them all and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend this little gem. You can’t be in a hurry. Sit back and enjoy the wine and conversation. You’ll also need google translate for the menu. 10/10. Thank you Chef

Awesome food. Small intimate place that probably only seats around 20-25 people. It’s on the 3rd floor, not the ground floor as what it’s listed on the Google address. The staff of 3 was very nice and accommodating, speaks English and can easily communicate. Went there based on google reviews, and I must say, we didn’t regret it. Just wait a little for the food as there’s only one chef, just enjoy the wine and conversation while waiting. Will come back to this place again when we’re back in town.

Because of a recommendation in a café around the corner we ended up in this pasta restaurant on the third floor. The food is amazing and the chef did help with the pairing of a Italian wine with the dish! Try the snowcrab allioli. Be prepared the menu is Japanese, but google translate is your best friend and cash only.

Best pasta. Ever. The chef/owner was working alone today and singlehandedly took care of us and 4 other tables. I had the bolognese, and the homemade sauce mixed with the meat and noodles formed probably the best pasta I’ve had. Along with that we were one of the later people to come and he was able to squeeze us in, (along with 4 other tables). I highly recommend this place, and it’s pretty affordable.
