Fabulous big salads eatery in a nice location in the new mall around Hiroshima station. Vegans and vegetarian plantbased options a plenty - just avoid the onion dressing and soups unless it's minestrone which is the only vegan-vegetarian option.
The medium size bowl is a good, filling size for a light meal.
My favorite is the 10-veggies bowl but you can also make a salad from scratch, choose the kinpira gobo root & carrot with brown rice option for solid plantbased choices. I like to add tofu, beans and cilantro for a more filling plantbased protein meal.
Refill your water bottle or paper cups for fruit slices in a cool jug of water.
All salads served with a nice simple slice of bread. All reusables except for plastic wrapped wet towel, paper napkins and paper water cups.

Great salad spot at the train station. Lady who served up spoke very good English and was very kind and thoughtful - went back again even when we weren’t catching the train.

This place has really tasty salads and fresh ingredients. After eating a lot of heavier food while traveling, this was a refreshing break and I feel good eating these salads. I would definitely come back when I’m Hiroshima again.
