in the last weekSuch good tacos!! The beef ones were DELICIOUS. They’re not on the menu, but written on a whiteboard. Chicken was good too but I’ll be thinking about those beef tacos

in the last weekSmall operation. Only two people in a stall. Tacos tasted pretty good, suadero was my favorite. They also speak English if you don't speak Japanese.

in the last weekMy favorite taco shop! I've been back so many times. Maybe they're the best not only in Kyoto but in Japan? My favorite is the carnitas with lots of cilantro. There's no sign of credit cards or electronic money outside the store, so it seems they only accept cash. The customer base seems to be far more foreign than Japanese. There's usually a line, and even after paying, there's a wait, but it's worth it. If you get takeout, they'll put the tacos in a plastic container like the yakisoba you get at a food stall, but the dough absorbs moisture so I definitely recommend eating it right away. They don't provide chopsticks or forks. They provide wet towels and napkins outside the store, and you eat your tacos with your hands while standing.

in the last weekOne of the best tacos I had outside of Mexico. We had carnitas, al pastor, and they were sooooo good. The blue tortillas were delish too. They were closing when we got there but he made an exception and served us. I MOST definitely will go back.

in the last weekThese were the most delicious tacos I've had in Japan! They feel quite authentic. They're a little difficult to eat, but the taste is second to none.
