The dough is soft, but the chicken taco meat was dry and hard, which was disappointing and unbalanced. What are drinkable tacos? I had high hopes for them after hearing so much praise, but they were just average. And above all, the service. You would think they'd improve after all the word-of-mouth reviews, but the service is not very pleasant. I'm sure it's hard with so many customers, but it really feels like they're worn out. If the service was at least good, I'd think, "I'd like to go again," even if the prices were high and the food was average. It's a shame.
