I made a reservation online on Tabelog and arrived at 12:00 on a public holiday. Despite the rainy weather, the restaurant was nearly full. What I ordered: Lunch Course (¥4,500) ・Today's Amuse-Bouche ・Appetizer ・Palate Cleanser ・Today's Soup ・Choose Your Main Course ・Today's Dessert ・After-Meal Drink Many of the dishes seem to use ingredients like cassava and corn, the raw materials for tapioca, a staple food in Peru. For my main course, I ordered chicken stewed in a yellow chili pepper sauce. The rich, spicy sauce combined with the tender, finely chopped chicken was delicious. Rice is available, and the slightly salty jasmine rice was a perfect match. My partner ordered the white fish and cassava fritters as a main course. The batter was crispy. You can choose from a refreshing purple onion sauce or a mustard mayonnaise-flavored tartar sauce. Both sauces have contrasting flavors, so they're delicious and never get boring. They're cooked perfectly, and have a light texture that makes it hard to believe they're fried, making them easy to eat. The palate cleanser was roasted corn with a unique shape. It had a popcorn-like aroma but a soft texture that I personally didn't like. I didn't know they had dishes like this in Peru. For dessert, we had lucuma cake. This fruit is said to be a Peruvian superfood and has almost no water. The fruit is made into a mousse, giving it a smooth texture. A soft cake with a fragrant cinnamon flavor. It was a flavor I don't usually get to try, and it felt like I'd discovered a new taste. Thank you for the meal.

Went for lunch around Minami-Aoyama. À la carte options are available, but the focus here is clearly on the courses. I chose the lunch course for 5,000 JPY. The food was incredible. The flavors were bold and not overly toned down for a Japanese palate. The ceviche was fresh and delicious, and the Aji de Gallina was especially good, creamy, rich, and very satisfying. Overall, the quality and execution of the dishes stood out. The ambiance was sophisticated with strong Latin vibes, and the music matched the theme well without being intrusive. Service was smooth and professional, making the lunch experience relaxed and enjoyable. It is not a cheap lunch, but considering the food quality, atmosphere, and overall experience, it felt well worth the price.
