I had an extremely disappointing experience at a churrascaria located in an upscale neighborhood in Osaka. The quality of the food and service was so poor that it felt almost disrespectful to the customers. To begin with, the drinks – including juices and teas – were diluted with water, which is simply unacceptable. The meats, supposedly the highlight of a churrascaria, were served raw and lukewarm, clearly reflecting the lack of experience of the person preparing them.

Moreover, the staff lacked proper training, which only worsened the overall impression of carelessness. The atmosphere, while simple, obviously showed an attempt to cut costs, but that doesn’t justify neglecting basic standards of hospitality. It’s disheartening to see a restaurant of such low quality in an upscale neighborhood, especially in Osaka, a city known for having some of the best food in the world.

I cannot recommend this place and hope the management reconsiders their approach to better honor the reputation of the city and the neighborhood.

Delicious food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere—definitely worth coming back!

Good food service is so bad we even got skipped for the meat serving multiple times. Im not coming back again!!!! So disappointed not worth your money
