hace una semanaI had a large curry rice lunch at Gotanda Station's west exit, but I was only about 40% full, so I decided to stop by this restaurant for a lunch hop. It's about a 5-minute walk from Gotanda Station's east exit. The restaurant is on the second floor. The restaurant plays local South American music with a distinctive rhythm, as well as music that sounds like something you'd hear in Peru. I was the only Japanese customer; everyone else was from South America, like Peru. Order ◯Salad ¥1,100 ◯Lunch: Stewed Dried Potatoes ¥1,000 ◯Beef Fried Rice ¥1,500 ◯Guarana Drink ¥500 Total ¥4,100 ・Guarana Drink I was served a can of guarana drink and a glass. It's self-serve and tastes like a regular guarana drink. ・Soup It contains Chinese cabbage and penne pasta. It also has a small amount of meat. The taste is like a peppery consommé, and it's piping hot and delicious. ・Salad It's topped with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sliced boiled eggs, seaweed (wakame stems?), and corn. It's topped with a dressing similar to Southern dressing. It's crunchy, fresh, and delicious. ■Lunch: Stewed Dried Potatoes The potatoes seem to have almost completely dissolved into the salad, and there's also meat in it. The texture is like a curry roux without the curry flavor, or like a watery nikujaga (meat and potato stew). It has a slightly salty taste, and the simple flavor that brings out the flavor of the ingredients is delicious. ✦Rice It's presented in a round shape. The portion is quite large, probably enough for 2-2.5 people. It's typical Japanese white rice and tastes great. Mixed with the stewed dried potatoes, it's incredibly delicious. ・Beef Fried Rice This dish contains small, easy-to-eat pieces of beef. The beef is lightly flaky and looks great. The portion is generous, probably enough for 2.5-3 people. The flavor is soy sauce. It does have a soy sauce flavor, but it's a flavor you wouldn't expect from regular Japanese fried rice. ↓ To give an example, it's like Musashi-◯◯ Station, where you can transfer from the JR Nambu Line to the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyu Meguro Line. ↓ The letter that goes in for ◯◯. ↓ The correct answer is Kosugi. ↓ In other words, the flavor is too strong. The saltiness is very pronounced. It would be okay as a snack to go with alcohol, but I still think it's too salty. Overall Review The stir-fried fried rice was too salty, but the stew was very delicious. The portions of both the stew and fried rice were very generous, making this a reasonable restaurant for large-portion customers like me. I paid with PayPay. The combination with the curry rice at the west exit left me completely full and satisfied. It was a delicious meal. Thank you very much.
