Terrible, waiting in a long line , there are 3 registers amd 8 staff and no one is making an effort to speed up. It doesn’t take 2 people tonfill drinks and just stand around! Terrible management maybe the staff should pay more attention more then playing around

Nice try. Calling it a wrap restaurant instead of a Mexican food place would be realistic. If they updated their policy to allow more food modifications to support customers' requirements (such as allowing *any* additonal toppings to *any* menu item) I would have considered giving a more positive review. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and may not visit this chain any more.

The burrito was delicious, but the service and attitude of the staff were even worse. The female staff member's grumpy, old-man-like behavior made the experience extremely unpleasant.

Says it closes at 8pm. They don't take orders at 7.35pm. It's ridiculous for a fast food chain. Wasted my time.
