The salmon broth is a new sensation, and is a must-try for salmon lovers.

I had the salmon dandan noodles, level 1 spiciness. It was creamy with chewy minced meat and vegetables, and I enjoyed the complex flavor that wasn't just salmon. I thought the portion might be a bit large, but it seemed like it would be easy to eat, so I added salmon rice. It was a fairly simple rice dish that went well with the ramen, and was also delicious! If you want to enjoy the salmon more, the white ramen might make it stand out even more. The space is very stylish, so it's also recommended for dates. Thank you for the meal!

Very unique and delicious bowl of salmon ramen! The store itself feels quite upscale, but cozy. Very large with some big tables and counter seating. Their signature bowl features a creamy salmon broth, which has a very deep and creamy flavor without being too fishy. Their noodles are thick and almost pasta-like, which goes so well with the creamy broth. The bowl is loaded with lots of interesting toppings that keep the bowl interesting as you progress. Highly recommend!

This was a repeat visit. I was surprised at how delicious the white salmon was. There's a river and a park in front, so it's a great location for walking your dog. I'll come again!
