2 months agoThere are only counter seats. You eat sitting on the counter chairs. The ramen is French ramen. It is mainly salmon ramen. A recommendation on how to eat it is brought to you, so you can check it while you eat. It looks stylish! The French-style colors, decorations, and sauce are exciting. If you eat the soup and noodles as is, you can definitely taste the salmon. The creamy rich soup is very delicious with the flat noodles. The balsamic vinegar adds a change of flavor, and the fresh salad is a good balance. I had a lot of fun with the burdock fries and the crunchy texture of the croutons. I think the flavor of the burdock is quite dominant once you start eating it. Another thing worth mentioning about this restaurant is how stylish it is. The concrete walls, the calm interior, the indirect lighting, the greenery, the bar counter, etc. ... Is it okay to eat ramen in a place like this!? I heard that they used to run another restaurant. There is also space in the basement, so I think it would be possible to hold live performances there. I guess it's not being used for events at the moment.

3 months agoI visited "THE 9X OSAKA" in Tenmabashi. (This post was made at the end of March.) This is a restaurant that combines French cuisine with ramen, and this time I had salmon dandan noodles and salmon rice. The dandan noodles have a spicy soup with a strong salmon flavor, so you can enjoy it until the very end without getting bored. The salmon rice was also luxurious and went well with rice. I visited on a Sunday lunchtime, and perhaps because of good timing, I was the only customer, so I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and is recommended for those who want to eat a slightly special ramen.

4 months agoSalmon tantanmen and salmon rice It didn't taste as much like salmon as I expected, but it was a solid tantanmen. But the piece of salmon sashimi on top was tasty. It was delicious ramen!
