3 weeks agoA clean and sophisticated restaurant. What exactly is French ramen? I went there to solve the mystery. Salmon-flavored cream ramen. The moderately curly noodles were mixed with the incredibly delicious soup, and it warmed me up without being too piping hot. I think what I had was "Salmon Cream Dandan Noodles + Salmon Rice." You could choose the spiciness from 0-3 or 2. The soft and moist pork slices were topped with smoked (I think) salmon, which was very stylish. No need for vulgar things like green onions or boiled spinach, but instead topped with plenty of crisply sliced burdock chips and a green salad, none of which would make this French ramen complete without it. A new, almost A-grade B-grade gourmet dish that overturns any common sense of ramen I've eaten up until now. I threw salmon rice into the leftover soup and had a full stomach! Oh, I remembered I also had a mini fried chicken dish. But the coffee is a separate matter. It was really delicious.

a month agoThis is the first time I've ever eaten such delicious ramen. It has such a luxurious feel that it completely changes my concept of what ramen should be; it tastes like the soup you'd find in a first-class restaurant. I was amazed at how well French cuisine and ramen matched, and I'd love for more people to know about this restaurant.
