Cantina El Borracho

If I could choose 0 stars, I would choose 0. We visited as a party of two, and from start to finish, we had nothing but unpleasant experiences. Upon arrival, the staff noticed us but didn't guide us to a table, and we were made to wait for a while. Although we didn't have a reservation, we were guided to the counter despite there being empty tables. (Other customers who arrived after us without reservations were guided to tables.) I question the consistency of their service. While we were seated and looking at the menu, a blonde male waiter suddenly instructed us to move seats, moving us from a seat at the end to a space that looked like a storage room. This waiter's attitude was consistently condescending and extremely unpleasant. The new seats were right in front of the staff's pathways, causing the floor to sag and the chairs to wobble every time someone walked by. There was a cockroach spray lying carelessly on the floor, raising serious concerns about hygiene. There were also olives, presumably leftovers, on the floor of our original seat, making it impossible to believe that the cleaning was thorough. I was undecided about what to drink, so I ordered one item to start with, but was told it was a "one-order minimum" policy. This wasn't mentioned at all upon entering, nor was it listed on the menu outside. This last-minute rule left me feeling distrustful. The chips and salsa served as an appetizer also felt overpriced at over 800 yen for two people. I couldn't accept the price given the circumstances. Neither the service, food, nor price were satisfactory, and I have no desire to return.

They said you could have as many fries and soup as you wanted, but when I went to get fries they just took them away to be replenished without a word. I didn't know how to put the soup lid, and the staff didn't explain, and they didn't seem to hear me when I called out. There was no salsa, and all they had was some kind of spicy store-bought sauce, which was very disappointing.
