a week agoI stopped by because I was craving pho. The meat was tender and it was my first time eating fresh pho. There were plenty of condiments on offer, so it was fun to try different flavors. The fried spring rolls were freshly fried, and a banh mi was included in the set! I also had chae for dessert, which left me feeling very satisfied.

2 weeks agoA restaurant with a truly exotic atmosphere. The name of the restaurant supposedly comes from eating pho for seven days. The coriander aroma is strong at first, but once you get used to it, it becomes addictive (although this may depend on the person). The noodles are made from rice flour and are flat, similar to kishimen noodles. The smooth texture is refreshing. I wonder if the broth is bonito? It reminded me of the dashi broth used in Okinawa soba. It was a mysterious food, combining unfamiliar and familiar elements. The hot dog-like dish called banh mi was also delicious.

a month agoHmm, it's a shame!! I can see they've put in a lot of effort. But for this price, this size, and the flavor of the soup and meat...it's a shame!!! I'll definitely come back. I think it was the most popular pork belly pho, but I think that was probably set at a high profit margin and their real aim was the brisket.
