2 weeks agoWe're having a meal at "El Patio" in the Peru area of Little World. [Anticucho con Aji] A classic street food from Peru, South America, this dish consists of grilled skewers topped with aji sauce. Anticucho itself is grilled beef heart skewers marinated in spices and vinegar and then grilled over charcoal. The grilling process gives it a crispy exterior while keeping the inside surprisingly tender and juicy. Aji sauce is a Peruvian sauce made with chili peppers, and its key features are its spiciness, fruitiness, and richness. Thank you for the meal.

6 months agoI was torn between camu camu and chicha morada, but I chose camu camu, which was refreshing and delicious. Looking at the ingredients, I've cooked chichamorada with purple corn, so I know it's delicious, and when you simmer it, it becomes fruity and I wonder if it's the extracted purple color that gives it that flavor? I think it's delicious. The freshly fried pirarucu was delicious.
