a month agoThe food is good, but it is impossible to hear what staff are saying behind the counter. The odd microphone system really is not fit for purpose. If customisation is one of their selling points, it would be much better if they set up an ordering system like the one used by Crisp Salad Works. The machine coffee is horrendous and just shouldn't be offered.

a month agoI liked the “Chipotle” type of “build your own burrito/salad/bowl” all very tasty. TBH the tortilla could have been better, but in general, tasty!

a month agoWednesday, October 15th, around 6 PM I went there for the first time, and I found the ordering process a little confusing and confusing, especially since there was no explanation. One person seemed a little cold when I asked a question, but another staff member noticed and kindly explained it to me, which was helpful. Even first-time customers aren't always easy to understand, so I wish they'd at least offered a more respectable customer service... There was one person who was extremely grumpy and cold, but everyone else was polite. It's a shame. I wish there were more clear instructions for first-time customers.
