Their signature jerk chicken is fragrant from the charcoal fire, with crispy skin and incredibly juicy meat. The secret spices are deeply infused, and one bite brings the heat of Jamaica to your mouth. It's unparalleled in perfection, and you can't talk about jerk chicken without trying it. In particular, the oxtail stew is deeply flavored and simmered until tender, and some say it's exceptional, demonstrating the chef's passion for the food, down to the smallest detail. While each dish maintains authentic flavors, they've also refined them to suit Japanese palates, and the meticulous work behind the creation is truly impressive. a month agoWe were so pleased to find this hidden gem while on vacation in Japan. The owner Richard, was very proud of his establishment, his delicious food is a taste of the Islands and prepared with love. We plan to go again before we leave.
