in the last weekTHIS LOCATION. Not flashy, mostly locals, and consistently better value than Barbacoa. Where Barbacoa feels pricey for uneven results, Rio Grande delivers clean execution at a friendlier cost. The draw is the grill team! Especially Chef Kleber Yoshio. Cuts come out seasoned right and cooked to temp, round after round. Service is dialed: quick, polite, and on top of the skewers without the rushy, conveyor-belt vibe you get at bigger chains. If you care about proper churrasco and don’t want to pay a logo tax, book Rio Grande. Tip: ask if Kleber Yoshio is on-nights he’s running the line, the meats are on another level.

a week agoThe food is delicious, but they may not be considerate enough to their customers. I understand the system of paying first, but having customers wait outside in the cold, even though it takes time, has made me feel less likely to return.

2 weeks agoIt was a weekday dinner and the place was completely empty. When I went there before (over a year ago), they had an all-you-can-drink option for various drinks (excluding alcohol), which seemed like a great deal, but this time that option was no longer available, so I thought I might not need to go all the way here.
