Un espacio tranquilo donde el buen cafe es el centro de todo y la carta de temporada sorprende con propuestas que van mas alla de lo esperado. Para trabajar, leer o simplemente existir sin prisa. 1 año agoWe found this cafe after riding snowmobiles not too far from here and I’m glad we did. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing as always!! We got the strawberry pancakes, the caramel pancakes and egg, bacon sandwich in a skillet. I’d highly recommend eating here if you are in the area.
Do note it’s cash only so make sure to have yen. It’s on the 2nd floor in the building.

1 año agoI needed to edit my original review because I visited for a second time and these are the best fluffy pancakes I've had in Hokkaido. The balance is fantastic for those who do not enjoy overly soft fluffy pancakes that melt into the toppings. I was beginning to get tired of fluffy pancakes but this place made me enjoy them again!! Most fluffy pancakes honestly taste like nothing in other stores but the ones here are genuinely delicious! They also give you 3 pancakes which I consider to be a good amount (to feel like you actually ate something).
Overall 10/10, the drinks and coffee are genuinely good too. Please try this restaurant!

3 años agoUnexpected an delightful discovery. Stumbled upon it while walking from Hokkaido Jingu to a trail for Mt. Moiwa.
The souffle is delicious: you can customize it, it's made with local ingredient and for each order! Which mean you need to wait 20-30min to get it (it's written in the menu). 100% worth it, the texture, amount, it just melt in your mouth.
The selection of coffee is wide and you won't make a mistake by selecting a blend.

But it is difficult to access. Suggest going by car.
When I arrived, there were only 4 parking slots in front of the shop. Waited for about 15 minutes and finally someone left. But from the reviews, there are indeed more parking slots at the back of the shop.

I went to eat it at a famous pancake shop.
You can choose the sauce and toppings for the pancakes here. It was good to be able to customize it according to the mood at that time. It takes some time to finish, so be careful when you are hungry! It’s a fluffy pancake like souffle. Since there are 3 sheets, I will be fuller than expected. It is recommended because it is not expensive. It was so delicious that I want to go again!
