Niku bar Bob

Laid back, small plates, meat focused restaurant. No frills, just good food. While it's not the most exclusive types of meats being served, but the different cuts and the way it's prepared made the difference. Learned of a new cut, the hanging tenders aka butcher's cut. Good flavor and so nice to bite into.

The place is cozy with rustic vibe - a restaurant theme exquisite in Susukino. The staff are sooo entertaining and accommodating, we were immediately seated once we entered. The food? One of the best in Sapporo. We ordered the teriyaki pizza and it was magical. The Bob special meat menu is a must try. It’s a combination of 4 types of meat steaks cooked medium rare that immediately melts in your mouth. Being there is an experience worth repeating. Great taste, good choice, delicious drinks, nice staff

Fantastic food and really well priced too! Staff were very friendly and even though they didn’t speak English, they still managed to give us really good customer service. Easy to order from the iPad, and the Cola Mojito was super tasty! They asked us where we were from and on the way out they had drawn on the wall “Welcome to Sapporo, from New Zealand” with a picture of a New Zealand too! So cute and lovely 10/10 would recommend!!
