Food: I went with the veggie sandwich and was a simple treat to munch on, the avocado and veggies were all fresh & delicious.

Service: Super kind staff and they had us move to a larger table(our group of 6) once open which I've never had someone do ever.

    Atmosphere: Small slice of America

P.S. - PBR was the last thing I expected to find in Japan. Smoking allowed FYI

Dropped in on a warm Monday night. We were warmly welcomed. The food was a unique twist on chicken and rice. But honestly the genuine hip hop music was the star. It was easy to stay a while and drink a few beers to the mellow tones of good east coast conscious hip hop. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Good vibes.

Food and atmosphere was amazing! I got the steak sando and the nachos. The steak absolutely melts in your mouth, not tough or chewy at all. Atmosphere is great as well with the 90's hip hop and Do the Right Thing on loop. Would love to visit again!

Really flavorful and delicious food, but the price to portion/value ratio was pretty poor for Japan. We've been traveling almost 3 weeks here, and this was the first restaurant that: didn't offer free drinking/tap water (300¥), allowed customers to smoke inside while food was being prepared and eaten, and also introduced a tipping system (highly unusual in Japan). For each taco it's now 450¥, for the chicken over rice avocado around 1300¥, and nachos around 1300¥ too.

We found ourselves wanting to eat as quickly as possible to get out of the cigarette smoke and left still hungry. Although food was great quality and VERY flavorful, for the reasons listed I wouldn't go back unless I was really craving American-style food. A few games like Jenga and Connect4 were also available, and I can imagine the vibes later in the evening are great.
