Incredible atmosphere, super peaceful, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa. This place has many different set menus and we were served by a lovely lady who really accommodated us with English and a bit of Spanish too. the peaceful ambiance was also very appreciated. Highlights were the rafute and the yushi soft tofu, with a texture similar to mochi with a lovely rich nutty flavour. It’s not cheap by Okinawan standards but it’s worth the price you pay for the experience. Everything was fresh and full of colour - would take our family and friends in a heartbeat if we visit again.

Lunch in a traditional wooden house setting. The set lunches give you the option of being able to try everything - from Okinawa dishes like rafute (braised pork and soba noodles to more classics like sashimi. The brown sugar salt cookie ice cream to top off the meal was lovely.

Second time visit to this authentic Okinawa restaurant. Food was perfect like previous visit, best meal in Okinawa ever.

Have been visiting Okinawa 5 times, I can say this is one of the best restuarant here. Must try, and better book in advance.

Loved this place. We had a 6 hour stop in Okinawa from our cruise ship. After walking the Kokusai-dori area and the ceramics street, we trusted the Google reviews to end up here. The waitress spoke great English, the interior was air conditioned and clean and comfortable, the menus were clear (though you can only order the sets, no ala carte), and the Okinawa-brewed Orion draft beer was cold and crisp. Of course the meal was the main attraction. Everything was great. If I had the appetite, I would’ve ordered 2 more sets! Fair warning, the entrance is up a tiny hill, off the Main Street, so it looks like you’re lost. Have faith in Google Maps!

The place was highly recommended by the Hyatt hotel where we stayed nearby. It is highly recommend if you want great Okinawan cuisine in a very traditional setting at a reasonable price.

The entry was beautiful as you enter the old house with all the flowers and plants. There is no parking and kids under 12 aren’t permitted so need to be mindful.

I ordered a 3,200 set that included most of the local favorites. It is nice to be able to sample everything in such a beautiful setting.

The staff were very polite and food came out quickly. We will be back on our next trip.
