This place was amazing! We arrived in Tokyo pretty late in the evening and spent a while looking for a place to dine, so I’m so glad we ended up here. It was such a wonderful first-day experience: the friendly owner helped us choose our dishes, and we absolutely loved every single one of them! Highly recommended!
Everything was absolutely amazing, the owners were one of the friendliest people I've ever met during my whole trip to Japan, the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was very calming, quiet and traditional. One if my favourite places to go eat so far, will be going back.

人形町の響きは神楽坂の風情に近い。そんな人形町の路地に雰囲気のある居酒屋がある。フライや炒め物などのランチをやっている。豚の生姜焼きに目がないわけで、お手並み拝見。
■豚肩ロースの生姜焼き定食:1300円

まず、そのボリュームに驚かされる。
1300円という価格で厚切りの大きなロースが3枚。
厚切りの証拠にフォークとナイフも。
これは食べ応えがありそう。
次に驚かされたのが、肉の質。
めちゃくちゃ柔らかくて旨味がある。
これはレベルが高いぞ。
半端に固くてタレの味に頼ってるのとは
分けが違う。
さらに驚かされたのが味付け。
肉の旨味はしっかりありつつ、
ほのかな生姜の風味に
醤油と甘さが主張している。
味付けまで俺好み。
そろそろ個人的生姜焼きランキングやるか。

1 año ago生姜焼きとカニコロッケの定食を食べましたが、生姜焼きはボリュームがあり、濃い味付けの為ご飯をしっかり食べたい方向け。カニコロッケは手作り感が良く伝わり、中はほっくり衣はカラッと揚がっていて美味しかったです。
