Not friendly at all, they don’t even give you a menu so when you order you don’t know how much you’re going to spend. The three of us spent 7770JPY for six shots of jaegermeister and three beers. Would never recommend being scammed by them. Keep away for your own sake!!

Terrible to foreigners, went on a night where they weren’t busy at all to hit on the billiards table. They made us buy a drink and then proceeded to sit us in the very back corner of the bar. Not only that, the staff then proceeded to play billiards in order to stop us from playing. We ordered two lemon sours that were 100% club soda and had 0 alcohol in them. If you’re a foreigner, do not come here, it’s a waste of your time and money.

Food and drinks were decent but this restaurant had the audacity to be named “Afro Play” and have a gruesome image of slaves on a plantation and other people in “Black face”. They staff pretended to care for a few minutes when addressed but nothing changed ultimately. Now I question if they are silent racists since I educated the staff on what the picture meant and they left it up. I will definitely not refer business here.

Nice place, but a bit expensive for a quick drink. Charm charge is ¥500. Not really a friendly atmosphere . Much better options around the same area.
