This cozy risotto restaurant near the Sapporo Clock Tower is a hidden gem! While it’s a bit tricky to find—located in a building next to the Clock Tower on B1 (accessible via the lift)—it’s absolutely worth the effort. Don’t be discouraged by the many closed shops on B1; you’re in the right place.

The restaurant is small and cozy, with a very welcoming and friendly waitress who made us feel right at home. I initially didn’t have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the risotto was. I tried both the cream-based risotto and the cheese risotto, and both were outstanding—easily surpassing the risottos I’ve tried at other Italian restaurants in Niseko, including one that was three times more expensive!

They also offer take-away and food delivery, which is super convenient. It’s a kid-friendly spot too, with complimentary clean water provided. Honestly, I found the risotto here even more enjoyable than the popular ramen shops I’ve visited recently.

It’s unfortunate that I’m leaving Sapporo soon; otherwise, I’d definitely come back again and again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hearty, flavorful meal at a reasonable price!

Staffs are so friendly and can speak fluent English. We came at lunch time, waiting about 10 minutes to sit in. Portion of food is generous and of course delicious. Must try the oyster risotto. Strongly recommend this cosy restaurant. Will definitely come again.

This cosy little restaurant serves a huge range of creative Japanese-Italian fusion risotto. I tried the wasabi-vegetable and the chicken-pickled-plum risottti and found both very yummy, interesting and unique. You can up and downsize depending on your appetite; the large size is really huge. Overall a great experience at a great price!

7.25.24 We ate here a few minutes ago. Fortunately, the staff was warm and pleasant (which was a nice break from the many cold robotic restaurant staff we've experienced elsewhere in Hokkaido).

We had the thick bacon cream based risotto, creme catalan and frozen ganache. All were awesome!

Upon exit, our waitress followed us out and gave a low formal bow. Wow! Very happy with the service. Wish we could come back

Surprisingly delicious and with a big variety of dishes. I was expecting the normal risotto with cheese that I usually enjoy in the Italian restaurants, however, I was surprised by a big variety of options. Of course everything based on rice but with different combinations on the soup, meat and vegetables.

Just to keep in mind if you are visiting the restaurant: it is underground, in case you are having troubles to find it.
