味鱒

One of the most authentic experiences I’ve ever had. This cozy sushi bar is run by a lovely 77-year-old couple who have been running the place for over 33 years in Kobe. We simply asked to try whatever they recommended, and chef Hujimira prepared five incredible dishes for us. Each bite was amazing - it absolutely blew our taste buds away. We were 3 people and we paid apx 12,000 yen (80$) but it was worth it. I genuinely loved it, and I’m already dreaming of coming back!

Walked by during a downpour, decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. The owner made sashimi and tuna rolls for me. He was very friendly. I wouldn’t say we spoke the same language, but somehow we were able to carry a very interesting conversation over hand signals, my broken Japanese and his not too broken English. Overall a very pleasant authentic experience.

Such a cute restaurant with true Japanese atmosphere. The owners are the sweetest couple and set to make you enjoy your moment. We had a lovely conversation even without speaking each others language. The food is truly amazing and made right in front of you!

Absolutely unbelievable experience. Fantastic food and kind, patient service. They do not speak much English or have an English language menu, but with a small amount of Google translate you can get a wonderful set meal at a reasonable price. Just let Mr. 藤村 lead the way!

這裡沒有華麗裝修，只有34年前的懷舊風格。老闆雖然78歲，但常常跟老闆夫人帶著笑容工作，還有54年壽司匠人經驗。

這裡可以單點食物，也有omakase. 所有食材都十分新鮮，沒有花巧技術，只加少少調味，已經十分好味。老闆說做多幾年就退休了，我想推薦給更多朋友。
