2 months agoThis restaurant in my food list for a while and we visited yesterday.. I had high expectations when I sit down because of the music and decorations made me feel authentic Mexican style But after waiting nearly one hour (⚠️There’s a long wait for the food) All the food texture were nice (juicy/tender/crispy) buttttttttt the seasoning was lame, all the dishes tasted so bland…(found some reviews just felt the same as mine) I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt I had to say something because I was truly disappointed.

a year agoAtmosphere and service were amazing. You have to order a drink with your food. The ginger ale tastes like a virgin ginger beer, it was amazing. I got two tacos and the guac with chips. The portion sizes were smaller than expected. The beans were lacking flavor, but amazing texture. The tortillas tasted handmade. I paid extra to have salsa on my tacos. The sala tasted fresh and house made, amazing. Overall, for the portions and flavor- it wasn't the best for me. But still an enjoyable mean. For my friend, it was the best food she's had; definitely still worth trying out. The atmosphere is amazing

hace 5 mesesI have had Mexican food 1 million times in my life because I’m half Texan every time I go to Texas we eat texmex and it’s delicious. Don’t get me wrong. This Mexican place was on a whole different wave. A whole different level of good. Take Japanese precision and mix it with the beautiful and delicious spices of Mexican cuisine boom now you have Mexico kitchen bar Mu. I’ve been in Japan for three weeks and this was by far one of the most memorable meals I had on my trip. That’s how delicious it was. The friend that I went with is Mexican and he agreed it is God tier Mexican food. Also, Chef Shin is an amazing guy. He’s so kind and was just a pleasure to be around.

10 months agoLoved the atmosphere and owner/staff. Unfortunately the food portions and flavour did not do it for me. Portion seemed smaller than in the picture and it lacked salt/pepper. Still a nkce mexican in Osaka. The cocktails were really nice though and the menu and staff were english friendly.

5 years agoThis place was pretty good! Surprisingly authentic flavors for Mexican in Osaka. The pork tacos were excellent. The nachos are hand fried. The mole sauce was good. It is, it must be said, a bit pricey and the portions are small. If you want variety, best to visit with friends. The chef is a fun guy and the space is very inviting and upbeat. UPDATE: Was back and the review stands, though this time it took a while to get our order despite the place not being very full, and we finally gave up waiting for an order of nachos (15 minutes) and left. If you’re hungry on a budget or in a rush, I can’t recommend this place.
