in the last weekI almost got ripped off. It was my first time there. It took a long time for the food to arrive, and they gave me the wrong thing. However, the staff apologized at the time, and I didn't have much time, so I just went with the menu. Later, when it came time to pay, the male staff member in the kitchen told me, "Pay for the food you originally ordered, or I'll call the police for you dine and dash." I was shocked! First of all, I explained that the staff member had made a mistake, and while I would of course pay for what I had eaten, it seemed strange that he should pay for the food they had made a mistake about. On top of that, for some reason, the menu items I ate were calculated as two servings...I explained each item one by one, and finally, reluctantly, they paid for what I had eaten. I wasn't given a receipt. The food was pretty good, but it was such an unpleasant and scary experience that I will never go there again (tears). It was a really bad experience...

in the last weekFood is excellent. You may have to work to grab the server’s attention when it’s busy, but not an issue. I always go here whenever in Harajuku. English friendly.
