A delicious taco restaurant. Even though the tables are wobbly, the atmosphere is so foreign that it makes sense. Most of the customers are in their teens and twenties.
The food was extremely delicious and I had no complaints about the food at all.
However, the female staff member who was taking orders and had long hair (with highlights) had an extremely awful attitude, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
When ordering, she kept talking over me while I was still speaking, making it impossible to have a proper conversation.
Also, when I was given my drink or numbered ticket, they slammed it down on the counter with a bang, and I felt I was treated roughly. Honestly, I felt that this behavior was unacceptable in the customer service industry.
I've often visited the Harajuku store, but the service I received this time was so different that I couldn't believe it was from the same chain, and I felt a great sense of discomfort.
I'm not expecting perfect service, but I didn't sense even the most basic courtesy or consideration (as a human being), and it made me wonder, "Is it okay for this person to be working in the customer service industry?"
In fact, the other customers who were there seemed confused, and my friend who was with me said, "I never want to come to this store again."
The food is excellent, so I'm very disappointed that the overall impression of the restaurant has been greatly marred by the customer service. I strongly request that this be improved in the future.
If this kind of behavior continues, I can't imagine returning.
