The restaurant specializes in “Modern Mexican” cuisine, a refined style of Mexican food that has evolved in the U.S. and around the world, adapted to local cultures while preserving its authentic roots. The menu includes traditional Mexican dishes such as al pastor, tacos, and guacamole, all prepared with a contemporary twist and an emphasis on fresh vegetables and bold flavors.
Guests can enjoy a variety of beverages, including Mexican wines, cocktails, and the traditional grape brandy pisco, often served in classic cocktails like the Pisco Sour.
