En Kobe, BrewPub Starboard ofrece una propuesta de bar con caracter propio y una seleccion de cocteles y bebidas que sorprenden. La seleccion de cervezas artesanales, vinos y cocteles de temporada cubre todos los estados de animo con la misma atencion al detalle. Un lugar donde no existe el ‘ponme lo mismo de siempre’ si no lo quieres. El barman trabaja con ingredientes frescos, tecnicas cuidadas y una seleccion de destilados que refleja criterio y buen gusto. Cada trago es una propuesta, no una rutina. Para los que saben distinguir un buen bar de uno que simplemente vende alcohol: BrewPub Starboard esta en la primera categoria.

12 meses agoDark beer found! Very nice selection of beers from Kobe brewing company ‘Rokko Beer’ incl a brown ale and a very nice porter (both shown in pic). Good overall curated selection of beer, incl some from Brooklyn Brewing. The usual yellow fizzies and (only) several IPAs. A couple decent Belgians. No sours but who really wants to drink fruited vinegar? We didn’t get any food but the personal size deep dish pizzas looked intriguing, and there was a nice variety of other pub foods and snacks. Some nice live edge slab tables. Electronic tablet ordering and the server was very prompt. Look for the yellow Starboard sign/banner and go up to the second floor. Enjoy!

3 años agoIf you enjoy trying local craft beer, then this is the place to go in Kobe! We tried several craft beer bars, and this was our favorite. The IPA and session beer were both low in alcohol, but high in IBUs - delightful! So good, we went twice in our 3-day stay in Kobe. We even met the brewer, she knows what she is doing!

Lots of bang for your buck, cool atmosphere, great flavor and reasonable portions (which for Japan is saying a lot)!

8 años agoLots of beers on tap, nice little setting but a little pricey in terms of beer. They have lots of locally brewed beer along with classic bar food and snacks. Menus are in Japanese however the beer list does give the names in English as well.
You’ll find it up stairs along with some boutique shops and a hairdresser.
