El barrio de Kobe tiene en Hop Stand uno de esos rincones que la gente guarda como secreto antes de compartirlos. Un lugar donde la cocina habla por si misma: sin artificios innecesarios, con productos frescos y tecnica solida detras de cada plato que sale a la sala. La carta refleja una cocina honesta, trabajada con ingredientes de calidad y recetas que priorizan el sabor por encima de las tendencias del momento. Aqui lo importante es que la comida sea buena, y punto. Para una experiencia gastronomica que va mas alla de lo esperado y que convierte la primera visita en habito.

2 meses agoBeer was okay. There was too thick of a head of foam. I ordered two drinks and fries. Staff made my time there above all with their smiles and courtesy. I recommend that you put them on your list of craft beer places to visit in Kobe!

Izakaya with a cosy cafe vibe. I went for an afternoon drink. They have a range of local craft beers on tap plus two specials and local wine. There is a mix of high table and counter seating, there are even rwo outdoor seats. The service is friendly and efficient. Would like to go back for dinner.

10 meses agoGreat little bar serving local beer and gin and many more things. Somehow they also manage to create great bar food as well in this small space. So friendly and inviting. Highly recommended.

4 años agoEasy to walk in beer bar with several small tables and bar counter. Rollo craft beers are served. Beer sampler is available with three of your choice. Small tapas and yakitori grilled chicken pieces on skewers. Lively ambient. Good staffs.
