    You make a reservation, select what level of “full” you want to achieve and let the guy who runs the place do his thing.
    Loved it! English is good enough to have a friendly chat and crack a joke. Highly recommend. Oh, btw, beef is out of this world!

    The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and made with care. What made the experience even better was the owner, who created such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. You really feel at home here, and I can’t wait to come back!

    Best beef I have ever had in my 30 years of being on this planet, and that's no exaggeration.

    I specifically chose this place over a traditional teppanyaki-style beef restaurant because I wanted a bit more variety (you know exactly what you're getting with a teppanyaki restaurant, and there really aren't any surprises).

    Our beef was prepared in the following varieties: tartare, sushi, several steaks, soup, sukiyaki and curry. Every dish was absolutely top notch.

    And what really made my night special was chef You. Obviously very passionate about his work. Was very friendly all evening, explaining each dish to me and sharing his thoughts on the city as well as his insights on the Japanese high-end beef industry. Fascinating stuff.

    Absolutely would recommend to anyone in a heart beat.

    As the last meal of our 5-day stay in Kobe, we really enjoyed the meal. The quality of meat is superb. The owner is an interesting person, and the desserts we had were so good.
