2 weeks agoThis is a burrito specialty store. The flavor was lighter and milder than I expected. It seems to have a good nutritional balance with the addition of beans and vegetables. One burrito was quite filling and satisfying. The flavor was mild, so I think the authentic feeling is to add seasonings to your liking. I was surprised to find rice in the burrito, but after looking it up, I found out that authentic burritos also contain rice. I didn't know that. The service was average.

a month agoI had carnitas and quesadillas inside the restaurant. The carnitas were generously portioned, and the bean quesadilla was also delicious, but I was shocked by the terrible customer service, the kind you'd only see in TV dramas. They were silent when I entered, and they practically threw my water and menu away as I left, giving off an angry, unfriendly vibe. The kitchen staff were so loud and reserved that I wondered if they were angry, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though the restaurant was full and there weren't any large orders that would have put them under pressure, it was an unpleasant experience to watch them coldly turn away takeout customers, telling them it would take a while. I'm sure they're very shy, but I think they need to have at least some basic etiquette and attitude. I would like to eat there again, but with that kind of customer service, I don't want to order takeout again. Even if the food is good, the atmosphere and customer service are important, aren't they? It's a shame, as the food is delicious and the portions are reasonably priced.
