Horseshoe is a narrow, multi-floor cantina tucked into Nakazaki, offering classic Mexican food like tacos, burritos and enchiladas alongside a strong selection of beers and tequila. Visitors enjoy the chill vibes, quick service and vegetarian options that swap meat for refried beans. The frozen margarita is a highlight, and the friendly staff create a welcoming spot for families and travelers exploring Osaka's hidden culinary corners.

in the last weekI walked there from Umeda Station in about 15 minutes. It's located down a narrow alley, and you might easily miss it if it's your first time. You have to climb a steep staircase. Food and drinks are ordered via QR code. It's a Tex-Mex restaurant because the tortillas are made from wheat flour. The tacos are on the smaller side. The enchuladas are very tasty, but I wish they were bigger. The ceviche lacked flavor. The fajitas were too salty. I wish they'd serve the frozen margarita in a bigger glass instead of being stingy. Considering that smoking is allowed inside with no separate smoking area, and the floor is sticky, making your shoes stick, I can only give it 3 stars. Be careful not to fall down the stairs when you leave.

3 weeks agoWe went as a group of five and were able to chat comfortably until closing time. The Mexican-style shrimp pilaf was absolutely delicious, and we've ordered it again. The drinks, Shirley Temple and Cinderella, were also delicious.
