a week agoThis is a rip off place- do not go. There is mandatory drink order per person and there is 950 yen extra on the top off your bill as table charge. Quantity of the food is very less for the money. It's a small restaurant with only 4 tables. Staff was friendly.

3 weeks agoMu's food, drinks, ambiance, and conversations with the owner were all wonderful, and one of the things I enjoy about visiting Osaka. This is a wonderful restaurant where the owner loves Mexico and shares the wonders of Mexican food and drinks. The tacos and tortillas are absolutely delicious. For starters, the octopus, shrimp, and beef tendon tacos are amazing with a beer! The limited-time menu also cherishes authentic Mexican flavors, and features dishes that can only be found here. This time I had the cochinita pibil and was very satisfied! It was delicious! I also discovered mezcal here, and now I enjoy it at home as well. I'll stop by again when I'm in Osaka, so I look forward to see you there.

a month ago[Sakaisuji Honmachi] Mexican Restaurant x bar mu_ Tacos Dinner visit, Summer 2025 ・Mango Frozen Sake A delicious, crunchy drink, but perhaps due to its high alcohol content, it left me feeling tipsy. It's like a trap for being too delicious. ・Water Taco Taco The refreshing flavor of the cilantro complements it perfectly. The tortilla was fried and crisp, and the salsa had just the right amount of spiciness. ・Catalunnis The tortilla was soft, with a hint of corn. The pork was not too crumbly, but held its shape well. ・Fried Shrimp Taco The fries were light and crisp, while the shrimp had a firm texture. This was my favorite. ・Beef Tendon A lean, not oily, lean meat. The cilantro brings out the flavor of the tomato sauce. Nachos The seasoned beans and crispy chips were delicious, and I was able to finish the whole plate by myself. Banana Chimichanga Bananas wrapped in wheat dough and deep-fried, topped with cinnamon powder and chocolate sauce. More than a spring roll, they're wrapped in a soft, flaky dough. Delicious, a flavor that makes you want to eat again. [Atmosphere] There's both a counter and tables, and they have a small selection of Mexican goods for sale. [Next Time] I'll definitely be back for the chimichanga. There are other things I wanted to try, so I'm looking forward to it.
