Service was pretty good and we were seated fairly quick after walking in with four groups ahead of us. The drinks were standard. The fried jalapeño bites were amazing!! We loved them and the sauce that came with them. The dinner wasn’t great. It lacked a lot of flavor depth and was very plain. We tried the enchiladas, quesadillas, taco rice and super macho combo plate. The enchiladas were super bland, the taco rice was burnt to the bottom and missing something, and the tacos on the macho plate were 90% shredded cabbage- only two shrimp on one and about six little pieces of chicken on the other. Overall really underwhelming considering how highly rated they are.
This Mexican restaurant delivers a strong value proposition if you want bold flavours without operational friction. The space is large enough to absorb weekend traffic while still keeping the energy high. Service moves quickly which helps you get from order to first bite with minimal wait. The food hits the mark across the board and the chicken wings in particular outperform expectations with impressive flavour and texture. Parking is conveniently located right next to the restaurant which removes the usual pre meal hassle. Overall a dependable spot that combines scale, speed and consistently good food in one seamless experience.
Lots of delicious options even if you don’t eat red meat. Relatively few options if you are a vegetarian, but the cheesy jalapeño bites (I might be forgetting the actual name) were hands-down delicious. The restaurant itself felt like a usual ファミレス.
Pretty good Mexican for Japan. The chips are crispy, but they don’t give you much salsa. The enchiladas are So-so. The tacos are in a crispy shell and good.
