I went there when I took my cat to a nearby vet. It looks more like a stylish bar than a ramen shop. I had the salmon dandan noodles. It looked amazing, was creamy, had just the right amount of spiciness, and the pork was delicious. It was like eating pasta soup. I'd definitely go again if I'm in the area.

It's a little different from the ramen you typically imagine, but that's what makes it interesting, and the taste was impeccable. It looked rich, but wasn't too sticky or too light, just right. I think it's also excellent value for money. I entered the restaurant around 11:45 and there were no other customers there. After that, more and more people came in, so if you want to avoid the crowds, it might be best to go earlier.

A clean and sophisticated restaurant. What exactly is French ramen? I went there to solve the mystery. Salmon-flavored cream ramen. The moderately curly noodles were mixed with the incredibly delicious soup, and it warmed me up without being too piping hot. I think what I had was "Salmon Cream Dandan Noodles + Salmon Rice." You could choose the spiciness from 0-3 or 2. The soft and moist pork slices were topped with smoked (I think) salmon, which was very stylish. No need for vulgar things like green onions or boiled spinach, but instead topped with plenty of crisply sliced burdock chips and a green salad, none of which would make this French ramen complete without it. A new, almost A-grade B-grade gourmet dish that overturns any common sense of ramen I've eaten up until now. I threw salmon rice into the leftover soup and had a full stomach! Oh, I remembered I also had a mini fried chicken dish. But the coffee is a separate matter. It was really delicious.

A different kind of ramen. Salmon with a modern twist. Spectacular!
